MEET Melanie Yagelski
Nothing provides me with better job satisfaction than helping my clients achieve their goals. I began my real estate journey nearly 20 years ago. I realized very early that happy clients are what make me happy! You need a real estate professional that will not only listen to your needs, but keep up with the ever changing market, education and rules.
As lifelong Porter County residents who have spent several months traveling, working and living in other areas of the United States, my husband and I chose Porter County to raise our 3 children. While most of my business has been done in Porter, Lake and LaPorte Counties, during my 8 years of listing and selling HUD and Fannie Mae owned homes, I also became familiar with Starke, Jasper, Newton, and Pulaski counties.I have been very fortunate to have a very well rounded career in a wide range of areas and price ranges.
My marketing team is constantly researching the latest marketing technologies to keep my clients in the best position possible for securing a buyer for their current home and moving on to the next stage, while protecting their equity.
